Exchange and Returns Policy

This Exchange and Returns Policy is effective as of February 2025.
GRP Gemas e Minerais Ltda, a private legal entity, headquartered at Rua Benjamim Constant, No. 1042, Alto Mercado Neighborhood, Araçuaí – MG, ZIP Code 39,606-024, registered with the Brazilian Corporate Taxpayer Registry (CNPJ) under No. 70.978.051/0001-78, hereby presents its Exchange and Returns Policy, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
If you are not satisfied with the product or have changed your mind about the purchase, you may request an exchange or a return within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date you receive the order.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:
In perfect condition and with no signs of use;
In the same condition in which it was received;
In the original packaging, which is essential for the exchange.

You will receive further contact from us with all the necessary instructions to complete the exchange.
If you regret your purchase, you may return the order within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt.

The refund will be processed within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date we receive the returned products, using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase.
There will be no additional cost to receive the refund.
In accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, in the case of products with manufacturing defects, you may request a return within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receiving the order.

Information about the defect (description, photos, or videos).
We will review your case within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receiving the returned products.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method, at no additional cost.
In compliance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, the return shipping costs—whether due to a change of mind or a manufacturing defect—will be covered by GRP Gemas e Minerais Ltda through a reverse logistics process.
You will receive a shipping authorization code by email and must send the merchandise from a Brazilian Post Office (Correios) location.
Note: We do not cover packaging costs. Please use the original packaging (if in good condition) or another suitable box to ensure safe transportation.
