This Refund Policy is effective as of February 2025.
GRP Gemas e Minerais Ltda, a private legal entity, headquartered at Rua Benjamim Constant, No. 1042, Alto Mercado Neighborhood, Araçuaí – MG, ZIP Code 39,606-024, registered with the Brazilian Corporate Taxpayer Registry (CNPJ) under No. 70.978.051/0001-78, values transparency and respect for its customers.
Below is our refund and return policy, prepared in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/90).
If you are not satisfied with the product or have changed your mind about the purchase, you may request a return within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date you receive the order at your address.

Your full name;
Your order number;
Optionally, the reason for the return.
You will receive a refund within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date we receive the returned products.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase.
There will be no additional cost to receive the refund.
In accordance with Brazilian law, in the case of items with manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a return within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date you receive the order.

Information about the defect (description, photos, or videos).
We will review the case within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receiving the returned products.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method, at no additional cost.
In compliance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, the return shipping costs for products—whether due to a change of mind or a manufacturing defect—will be covered by GRP Gemas e Minerais Ltda through a reverse logistics process.
You will receive a shipping authorization code by email after submitting your request and must send the merchandise from a Brazilian Post Office (Correios) location.
Note: We do not cover packaging costs. We recommend using the original packaging (if in good condition) or another suitable box to protect the product during transportation.
